From Melbourne, take the Calder Hwy (A79) through Bendigo, Charlton, Sea Lake and Ouyen or the Murray Valley Hwy through Bendigo, Kerang and Swan Hill.

From Adelaide, take the Sturt Hwy up through the Barossa Valley, the Riverland and Renmark.

Both Qantas and Rex Airlines offer multiple Melbourne/Mildura flights daily, and Virgin Airlines have a single Melbourne/Mildura flight each day. Unfortunately, Sharp Airlines no longer offer any Mildura/Adelaide flights.
